Sparkling Waves Screensaver – Raindrops, Rivers, Waterfalls and Now Waves
If you have a thing for water and you want to see water-related images on your monitor when your computer goes idle, free-slideshow.com has you covered. If you like to see raindrops, you can check out the free-slidehow.com-offered Rain Drops Screensaver which displays images of flowers covered by raindrops.
If you like to see images of rivers, you can check out the Living Rivers Screensaver, which is also offered by free-slideshow.com. If waterfalls are more your thing, you can check out the Mighty Waterfalls Screensaver. Now if none of these suit your fancy, there is one other free Windows screensaver that free-slideshow has to offer – Sparkling Waves Screensaver.
When your computer goes idle, this screensaver will kick in and, as its name so adequately points out, display images of waves. So if raindrops, rivers or waterfalls are not to your liking, perhaps sparkling waves are.
Here are the things you are going to like about Sparkling Waves Screensaver:
- Getting the screensaver off the web and onto your computer will only take a moment since the download weighs in at 5.0MB. Even on a less than spectacular internet connection, a 5MB download will complete in no time at all.
- Installing the screensaver on your Windows-powered computer will only take a moment as well. At the time of writing this and according to the developer, Sparkling Waves Screensaver works with Windows 9x, NT, Me, 2000, XP, Vista, and Windows 7.
- You can use the screensaver for as long as you want and not part with your hard earned money.
- You can play with a few settings, such as: you can specify for how long an image will be displayed (the default is of 3 seconds), you can select which transition effect you want the screensaver to use and how fast the transition effect moves, you can choose if you want the screensaver to “cycle through all effects,” and you can even use on of the screensaver’s images as your wallpaper by selecting the “Put wallpaper on desktop” option.
Here are the things you are not going to like about Sparkling Waves:
- It comes bundled with AutoComplete Pro, so pay attention during the installation process. Don’t just click “Next” over and over again as you will also install AutoComplete Pro. Make sure to opt out if you don’t want AutoComplete Pro.
- Once the installation process is over, your browser will launch and you will be directed to the 7art-screensavers.com site. The same will happen when you uninstall the screensaver.
